Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Plynth Worlds LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States ("Plynth Worlds," "we," "us"). They cover your use of the Plynth application and your subscription to it.
By buying a subscription or using Plynth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not buy a subscription and do not use the software.
1. What we license to you
Plynth is licensed, not sold. While your subscription is active and paid, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run Plynth on Macs that you own or use. You may not redistribute it, sublicense it, sell access to it, or remove or work around the licensing that controls it.
We own Plynth and everything in it. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
2. Price, billing, and renewal
The subscription costs $15.00 US dollars per month.
Your subscription renews automatically every month. You will be charged $15.00 USD every month until you cancel. The renewal date is the same day of the month as your first payment.
If we ever change the price, it will not change for subscriptions that are already running. Your price stays at $15.00 USD per month for as long as your subscription stays active.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Every receipt email contains a link to manage or cancel your subscription, and you can also cancel by emailing support@plynth.gg from the address you bought with. We will action it the same business day.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops.
4. Refunds
Our refund policy is unconditional and is set out at membership.plynth.gg/refunds. It forms part of these terms.
5. Payment processing and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Support
Email support@plynth.gg or call +1 (310) 439-8475. We reply within one business day. If something is broken we will tell you what we know and when we expect to have fixed it.
7. What we ask of you
Do not use Plynth to break the law. Do not try to defeat the licensing. Do not resell or share your licence. If you do any of these we may end your licence, and if we do we will refund the current month.
8. Availability and changes
We will keep Plynth working for the length of any subscription period you have paid for. We may change, add to, or remove parts of the software over time. If we discontinue Plynth entirely we will stop billing and refund any period you have paid for and not used.
9. Warranty
Plynth is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be free of defects or that it will meet every need you have for it. Some jurisdictions do not allow this kind of exclusion, and where that is the case this paragraph does not apply to you and your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with Plynth or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will email subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then if you do not want to accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
