Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-03
This policy explains what Plynth Worlds LLC does with information about you. We are a Wyoming limited liability company and we are the controller of that information.
What we collect
When you buy a subscription. Our reseller and merchant of record takes your payment. They collect your payment details and we never see or store them. They pass us your email address, your country, and the state of your subscription so that we can issue your licence and support you.
When you run the software. Plynth contacts our licensing server to check that your subscription is active. That check sends your licence identifier, a machine identifier, and the application version. It does not send anything you make or open in Plynth.
When you email us. We keep the email so we can answer it and so we have the history if you write again.
What we do not collect
We do not collect the contents of your work in Plynth. We do not sell information about you. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train anything.
Why we are allowed to hold it
We hold it to give you the software you paid for, to bill you, to support you, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Where the law requires a lawful basis, ours is performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interest in preventing licence abuse.
Who else touches it
- Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who processes the payment, calculates and remits tax, and issues your receipt.
- Cloudflare, which runs our website and licensing server.
- Google Workspace, which carries our support email.
That is the whole list.
How long we keep it
Subscription and support records for as long as you are a customer and then for seven years, because tax law requires it. Licence check logs for 90 days.
Your rights
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU, the UK, California, or anywhere else with statutory data rights, those rights apply and we will honour them. Email support@plynth.gg. We answer within 30 days and usually much sooner.
Children
Plynth is not for people under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top, and if the change is material we will email subscribers.
